For burgers on the Stove top or grill, our patties make it super easy to get dinner on the table quickly. We love them as singles, doubles, or with cheese between two patties for a stuffed burger! For Keto, just leave the bun behind and add it to the top of a salad, do a quick cut or chop, add your favorite toppers and you have a burger bowl. Butcher’s House Favorite!

Bison Burgers are naturally lean. Whether you patty them by hand or you order our 1/4 lb or 1/3 lb patties, season your burger with salt and pepper or however you like. If you want a burger with a nice sear on the outside with some pink inside, keep your heat to medium high and do a quick sear of about 2-3 minutes on each side.
If you like your burger with no pink on the inside, we sear and flip every 2 minutes, and once you have a really nice sear with a good crust on both sides, bring on the burger bath. We add just enough water to the pan to let it simmer in its own juices. The water will take on the flavors of the burger and the sear and just continue to add more water as the burger soaks up the juices and the pan gets crust on it. The burger will baste in that beautifully flavored bath of its own juices and your burger will be so incredibly juicy and flavorful.
Fire up the grill to a medium temp and flip every 1.5 minutes until your burger reaches desired level of doneness. Top with your favorite cheese and put the lid on for a smothered burger. Load the top with sautéed onions, mushrooms, or with your classic American Burger Toppings.
