Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:

  1. Bacon (thick or thin sliced)
  2. Asparagus
  3. Olive Oil
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Garlic

Instructions:

  1. Cut ends off Asparagus
  2. Toss asparagus in olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Cut bacon in half and wrap around 2 pieces of asparagus
  4. Place on griddle and cook until bacon and asparagus are desired consistency.
  5. Serve as a side to any cooked bison steak.
