Ground Garlic Sausage & Rotel Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb Ground garlic sausage
  2. 1 8 oz pk cream cheese
  3. 1 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  4. 1 can corn, drained
  5. Red pepper flakes (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain, add rotel, corn, and cream cheese to skillet. Stir until cheese is melted.
  2. Add red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips or Frito scoops.
