  2. 8 oz bottle chardonnay
  3. Fresh minced garlic
  4. Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place roast in pan with bottle of chardonnay
  2. Cover roast with salt and pepper and garlic
  3. Cook at 275 degrees for 8 hours
